From nothing to overflowing…

“15 And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals. 16 But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat. 17 And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes. 18 He said, Bring them hither to me. 19 And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. 20 And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full. 21 And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.” Matthew 14:15-21

Sometimes when we are in a remote place, we think there is nothing there and we are wondering how we will get to the end of the day. This is the place where God knows that you can rely on only one thing, Him! These are the times where God can take what is in your hand now and multiply it out many times over. You may have only very little or no money for rent or food right now, but if you truly believe and are submitted to God then you are in that remote place where faith and love are in operation and He will make a way for you. The world will say that you must get more stuff or buy some stuff or you must have loads of stuff to do anything, and yet all the successful people we see began with nothing. Bill Gates started with a garage. Richard Branson started in his mothers living room. Nelson Mandela started in prison. Jesus Christ started in the grave.

You can do anything right now from where you are. You need to let go of your own ideas and take up your cross and follow Jesus and He will show you the way the truth and the life that God Almighty created you to be. A life that is glorious and mighty.
